PM Shah, RSP president Lamichhane congratulate Indian PM Modi on 25 years of public life
Kathmandu, Oct 7: Prime Minister Balendra Shah has congratulated Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on his 25 years of public life.
"Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for 25 years of dedicated public service. Nepal extends its best wishes for continued success and prosperity to you and your government in the days ahead," Prime Minister Shah writes on X.
Modi had started his public life as the Chief Minister of Gujarat in October of 2001.
Similarly, president of the ruling Rastriya Swatantra Party (RSP), Rabi Lamichhane, congratulated Indian Prime Minister on the same occasion. "Heartfelt congratulations to Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji on your remarkable years of dedicated public service. India's transformative journey and rapid progress under your visionary leadership have been truly inspiring."
Lamichhane said in the message that Nepal and India share an enduring bond rooted in shared history, deep cultural affinities and close people-to-people ties. On behalf of the party and myself, we look forward to working together to make this partnership even stronger and more prosperous for both our nations, he stated.
