Karnali, Nov 1: Chief Minister of Karnali Province, Mangal Bahadur Shahi, has urged Karnali Province Sports development Council to engage in preparation to select best athletes to win medals for the Province.
At a programme organised by Accommodation Management Sub-Committee regarding preparation of the 10th National Games at Birendranagar of Surkhet on Sunday, Chief Minister Shahi mentioned that the National Games is both a complex challenge and golden opportunity for Karnali.  "All should move ahead being united to tackle challenge and utilize opportunity. Select best players being impartial. Recruit best coaches and engage in preparation to win medals. There will be no budget crunch."
Support and collaboration of all stakeholders is equally needed as it is not possible to organise 10th  National Games by province government, council or government bodies alone, he argued.  
Similarly, Social Development Minister of Province, Jit Bahadur Malla, mentioned that activities of four sub-committees are satisfactory. "We will do everything possible to make the championship successful," he said.  
The 10th  National Games is scheduled to be held from December 2 to 13 in Surkhet of Karnali province.
