Weather update: Nation experiencing post-monsoon meteorological conditions
Kathmandu, October 23: Nepal is currently experiencing post-monsoon meteorological conditions, characterized by the prevalence of westerly wind patterns.
The hilly and mountainous regions are anticipated to exhibit partly cloudy atmospheric conditions, whereas the majority of the Tarai region is expected to maintain predominantly clear skies.
According to the latest meteorological bulletin issued by the Meteorological Forecasting Division, isolated instances of light precipitation and snow accumulation may occur in select hill and mountain locations.
The monsoon system completely departed from Nepal on October 14, as confirmed by the department. However, ongoing influences from local and westerly wind systems are expected to persist in shaping weather patterns.
